Covid-19 Policy
Rowan, our studio host is the home of a vulnerable population, their health, and the health of our students is our top priority.
To protect the health of all stakeholders we will adopt and enforce the following policies.
Everyone attending the sessions must be wearing a face covering at all times.
Tutors will be wearing face coverings, and face shields to minimise the risk of cross infection.
At the end of the session we will sterilise the place before the next group can come in.
If you need to talk with one of our tutors please do it over the phone or over email, as you will not be allowed in the building due to social distancing rules.
Hand sanitisers will be spread out in the studio. You are welcome to bring your own sanitising kit.
The kitchen will be out of use, so please make sure to bring a personal water bottle.
Parents are requested to arrive to class on time, and not early, as we won’t be able to accommodate waiting inside the building.
Parents are requested to make the drop-off at the entrance, and not come inside the building to accommodate social distancing. The tutor will be waiting outside to welcome them, this will also save up time on parking.
During the sessions, we will use dedicated tables, positioned in a socially distanced matter.
